I was unhappy with service I received from clerk when I tried to get help on a defective pair of Carolina Work Boots that were worn only 3 times over the past 3 years and the clerk told me I did something to cause damage, I wear these boots only as a passenger on my husbands motorcycle. The soles are still clean, but the rubber is cracking off the soles. offered no help to me. Will never shop at Gus Bock again!!! I have lived in Dyer for 33 yrs.
