Gus Bock Ace Hardware

I was unhappy with service I received from clerk when I tried to get help on a defective pair of Carolina Work Boots that were worn only 3 times over the past 3 years and the clerk told me I did something to cause damage, I wear these boots only as a passenger on my husbands motorcycle. The soles are still clean, but the rubber is cracking off the soles. offered no help to me. Will never shop at Gus Bock again!!! I have lived in Dyer for 33 yrs.

My husband and I ape painting our entire house and we decided to try this ace hardware. We were undecided on some room colors so we went in with swatches. The sales people were very helpful and we ended up with exactly what we were looking for.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We explained what we had planned to do with our project and they told us the tools we needed in which to complete it. They did not steer us in the area of higher priced tools-just what we needed.

When I was in the process of installing a shower in my basement I ran into a problem with venting. I asked Rob , owner of Gus Bock in Dyer, to assist me . I could not figure out how to vent the shower. Rob was very helpfull in assessing the situation in such a manner as to complete the job and save me money. I have always received excellent help from all of the assistants at his store in Dyer Indiana.
