Not professional. They gave us the run around when their crew didn't show up when they were supposed to. Then we spent the rest of the days that they were here trying to track them down as they were continually going on "break". Usually there were two guys at most on the roof at any given time. They left a mess,,,shingles, nails and cigarette butts. They did not put ice shield on one part of the roof. They left a hole uncovered where a pipe enters the roof. Given the the lack of professionalism, we are concerned about the workmanship. I guess only time will tell. They said they sent their best crew..... When I addressed this with the company, no one got back to me.
