During a cold November night, my furnace stopped working. i had previously had work done by a local company who charged me appr. $1400 but could not remedy the problem. They advised that I would need my thermostat replaced and if that didn't solve the problem, I would need to move on to other, more expensive parts and repairs.A friend suggested I call Milani before proceeding. The problem was solved quickly and inexpensively with no attempt to upsell or charge me for parts I was told by the "other company" I would need. I couldn't be more pleased with the services of Milani and have already invited them to quote on the installation of an air conditioner in my new home.
