The management, organization and communication in this company are a disaster. They forgot I had rescheduled my pick-up way in advance, the quote from the estimator was not accessible to the delivery crew, I was not informed in time that my shipment was delayed, and had to pay unexpected charges for use of credit card upon delivery. None of these issues have been addressed after I sent in a claim/feedback over two months ago.
