Malcom is a very knowledgeable roofer. I know he is the real roofer, whom I have been searching for so many years, equipped with the right technique and material, right at the moment when he explains and show me how he will fix the problems. The leaks were fixed, under some challenge situations beyond our imagination, with extended warranty. Hopefully, as Malcom told me, from now on, I can sleep like a baby without any gutter leaking problems.
