Had a raccoon that came into attic through soffit. Shakeel Ahmad came promptly, explained what he would do, and installed raccoon door immediately. He came back in a few days to inspect the attic and did a nice thorough job. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Thanks.

What could this company do to improve their services?
The person who answered the phone at the company hotline should've provided more information about what the raccoon service includes (door, removal, cleanup, etc) as well as pricing and guarantee details.
