We had some work done by this company several years ago. We had a door installed in the front of our house. The door was installed by their workers very good job done by the workers. My problem with this company is we called them repeatedly to fix the door sweep which had ripped shortly after the job was completed. They never came to fix it to this day .

We have no record of a service request regarding a door sweep. Door sweeps are warranted by the manufacturer for 1 year, however, they do fall under the category of a ‘wear and tear’ item (much like automobile windshield wipers).
In any event, we would have notified the manufacturer that a service call was required if we had been advised by the customer.
There is, however, no record of any outstanding manufacturing service regarding door sweeps.
If the customer would kindly contact our service department, we would be pleased to conduct a thorough investigation. Unfortunately, we have no way, currently, to confirm if this complaint, in fact, comes from one of our customers.
