I discovered close to 5pm on a Saturday afternoon that my fridge/freezer stopped working. I called Newtech and Amin was at my house in North Burnaby within 30 minutes, arriving at 5:10pm. He immediately diagnosed the problem (mouse chewed through wire!) and fixed it promptly at a very reasonable cost. Thank you!
