We selected Parkwood Master Builder to build our house...our dream home. This was the first time my husband and I built a home and we really appreciated the support we received through out the process. I had several questions and they were answered in a quick/efficient & friendly manner. We loved the fact that we were able to design our house to fit our needs and not have to choose a standardized floor plan. Nothing was cookie cutter and that's one of the great things about Parkwood. I also appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team. Especially our sales manager Jill T. The service carried on once we took possession of our home. In all new construction situations things happen and it was good to have follow-up support. Sometimes it did take several messages to receive a response, which at times were frustrating, but my concerns were addressed and are being resolved. Our overall experience with Parkwood was Excellent and we would highly recommend them to our family/friends and to do it all over again….we would still choose Parkwood Master Build.
