We bought a fridge and dishwasher as a gift to my daughter but after two weeks, the handle of the fridge came off. The husband of my daughter called Lowe's and told them about it,so Lowe's sent someone to fix it.It was fixed for a few weeks then it came off again.My wife talked to Kathy and after a few days,Lowe's sent my daughter a new fridge and took back the old one.Hats off for Lowe's.
