I found them on the internet and from my initial phone conversation, I was impressed with their knowledge and customer service. They booked the appointment and arrived as scheduled. I had several carpets that were very stained. We were unsure if it was possible to remove the stains. The technician was amazing. He got everything, including pet stains, out and my carpets look brand new. More importantly he explained the best treatment for the stains. I highly recommend them.
