I couldn’t be happier with the condo paint job that Greenwood recently completed for us! With only a 3-day window to complete the project, they really went overboard to help me out finish on time. Todd was a very nice guy and hit the ground running, completing the job exactly when he said he would finish, with no touch-ups needed. I would definitely recommend Greenwood and will be calling them back the next time I need anything painted!

Govan Brown took charge of our retail store renovation on budget and ahead of time. The on-site manager and project team did a great job and made sure that all details were being handled carefully. We have received several compliments not only from our employees, but also from our customers.

Art Network Canada is unfortunately one of those businesses that would be succesful, if they were well managed. My hobby is photography, and I ran into one of those "group deals" from this company, that got me into ordering from them one of my photographies printed on a canvas. The ordering process was easy, and my order was acknowlegded right away, but then everything went downhill. I was advised my product was going to be shipped in 2 weeks, and it took them 4 weeks to give me a call to let me know they were delayed; they never answered any e-mail I sent, and finally, after 8 weeks of placing the order, the canvas was printed wrong (a different style from what I had ordered). I just decided to keep the wrong product, rather than returning it, and never receive back anything again. One positive thing, is that the quality seems pretty good, but I don't think it was worth the aggravation. Please don't let the nice company website lure you into thinking they are an organized company, because based on my experience, they are not.

We required a renovation on the wall protection we currently have in the office, and contacted RMG Contract Interiors by a recommendation of a friend. They were very professional from Day 1, giving us lots of options and colours for wall panels and chair rails. Once we made our selection, they were fully in charge of ordering the right material, and installing it. we were very pleased by the way they managed the project for us, and will contact them again in the future.

Everybody knows that when it comes to moving, our stress levels all of a sudden rise to the max, and we need somebody serious to rely on. Just focus on getting all your stuff ready, and leave Chris and Pedro do the professional work on moving day. You just give them the basic rules, and they will follow them thru, making your day goes by fast, and with little hard work on your behalf. They are not called Tender Touch for nothing: all of your furniture and boxes are treated as if they were theirs, so you can rest assured this is a service worth paying for

Great store, especially for condo units. They delivered on time, and shippers are courteous and knowledgeable. You can expect a great service, from the store showroom, to the delivery at your place

Bad news everybody! I tried to contact Neoset Head office, using the phone number shown on their webpage and I got the message: "We're sorry, the number dialed is not in service" I hope Eleanor Reynolds (and Neoset in general) doesn't get away with this huge scam she pulled off. There are currently 28 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau of Canada against Neoset, and 20 of them were closed because Neoset never responded (what a surprise!). BEWARE: Also, avoid at all costs buying in a place called ABODE... it's the same Neoset with a different name (as shown on the BBB webpage) There must be something that can be done to bring these scammers to justice, and to make them pay back the money they took from us.

I bought a bed from Neoset Canada on April 2008, and I fully paid for it from the very first day using my credit card; they told me it was going to take 6-8 weeks to get it. On June 2008 (after 8 weeks from the moment I bought it) nobody had contacted me, so I called the store, and they said there was a delay, they asked me to be patient, and that the bed was going to be delivered by the end of July/08. At the end of July, same thing happened, so they gave me a small discount to keep me happy. On August/08, being concerned, I called the Head Office, and talked to the President, Mrs. Eleanor Reynolds, who apologized and explained to me that the order was delayed on its way to Toronto, but she gave me "her word" I was getting it on Sept.27/08, and that I was going to receive a new discount (which I never got). Needless to say, by mid-September nobody had contacted me, I called Mrs. Reynolds back and she told me the bed was discontinued and that I was not going to get it the way I ordered it, so she gave me other bed options different to the one I wanted in the beginning; none of them were satisfying. With no other choice, she offered a refund (less the small discount they gave me), and I accepted it, but when I asked her who was going to be responsible for those 5 months of interest I had been paying on my credit card, she refused to honour them. She refunded just what I paid on April, less the discount given on July. It was not my mistake to be informed the bed I wanted had been discontinued after 5 months of buying it, and fully paid for it! This is just lack of responsibility, lack of commitment, lack of respect and lack of seriousness from Mrs. Reynolds and Neoset Canada.
