After a bit of shopping around, I chose to use NS Home Services for a MUCH OVERDUE roof and gutter clean. The gutters were so bad, that the moss wasn't just accumulating in them, but growing in them! The office staff were knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and the job was scheduled and completed on time. Normally I dread having trades or service folks on site because they have a tendency to be surly or talk down to me (clearly I know nothing about home repair...) but the crew that arrived were friendly, helpful and worked really hard (the job was a bit bigger than originally anticipated). Added bonus, even with the job being a bit bigger, NS honoured their original quote. Outstanding service and I will use them again in the spring to give the exterior of the house a good clean!
