The outside fundation wall was repaired and waterproofed with weeping tiles installed.It did not protect the basement, water and sand came in. Repeated phone calls and registered letter so far, 7 months, unanswered. They are not reliable. Attila

My deepest apologies for all of the miscommunication. Unfortunately we never received your phone calls to our head office. Upon investigation we discovered you have been calling the cell phone of an old installer not our office which has a full time service manager. We also did not receive a registered letter, it may have been sent to our old office as we moved this past spring and a mail mix up may have occurred.We have been out to see you and are coming to repair any issues you may have from the work we performed.
