This review is for Tyler and the Toronto location. Be advised you should research this company before purchasing. Like many others on homestars i have a 1/2 finished railing for 3 months with numerous "we will have the rest of the order in tomorrow" and a couple weeks later "we will drop it past your house in the am" woops "family emergency that day and its a month later and still no product. He hasn't answered his phone in months, doesn't return calls so I assumed he went under. I contacted the Edmonton office and confirmed he was still in business but could do nothing but send him an email. Unbolting installed rail to return tomorrow.
