I too had purchased a bedroom set from this company. They did say it was a floor model and when i looked at it upon delivery to my home, it had been broken in the headboard in 2 places and the bed poat had a bent screw. They would not replace it because they said it was a floor model and it was that way when I purchased I must not have seen it. Anyways I kept it and my $1400 as it were was down the drain. My daughter sleeps comfortably on it and I guess that is all that matters. I will never suggest any of my family members and friends to ever shop with them and I will NEVER shop with them AHAIN.
