The service and product that we got from Andy and Ton Furniture was excellent. We bought our first mattress from them. In the showroom Andy was polite and helpful without being pushy. He explained the different mattress qualities and recommended one for us based on our needs, not based on his profit. The price we paid was well below retail value for that quality of mattress, so we were happy that Ton Furniture puts customer satisfaction above raw profits alone. When it came to delivery, they were flexible with our preferred schedule, the mattress was delivered quickly and on-time, and the whole process was simple with no disruption to our lives.
