Maciej of Torontoroofing.ca did an amazing job for us. We have a cottage in Owen Sound and it was time to replace the roof. We had one of the local companies out to give us an estimate. They were not going to be able to get to us until "sometime" in 2016, although they never told us when. I asked Maciej to come up and give us an estimate...never expecting a Toronto company would travel 3 hours north to give one. But Maciej graciously agreed to and did not even charge for his time! He inspected the roof, gave us two options ( asphalt or metal) took pictures and gave us an estimate for both options. WIth the estimate he sent pictures of other projects he had done, and references. The estimate for an asphalt roof including a new replacement skylight was completely clear, and was less expensive than what the local Owen Sound company had estimated. Again, they gave us no time line. That does not speak well regarding client service. We elected to use Torontoroofing.ca instead. With winter moving in,Maciej sent a crew up, and replaced our roof, all in one day. The roof is beautiful, and they left the job site clean and in good order. Now we need not fear roof leaks and associated damage. This is an amazing can-do story of a company going up, above and beyond in service. I am happy to recommend Torontoroofing.ca.
