I received estimates from several window installers and WBI was one of the most reasonable. Alex seemed to know a lot about windows and was helpful when trying to decide who to chose. I asked many questions. Had to postpone installation several times due to unrelated circumstances and they were very flexible. The installation went very smoothly and was completed in a few hours (less time than I figured). They added pieces of Azec (sp?) around the windows primarily for cosmetic reasons which was unplanned. They did not charge me for this which they could easily have. They also replaced some wood around some other windows in the house that had small areas of rot. Clean up was excellent. I would definitely consider using them again. Alex and his crew were easy to deal with.

I got these guys to change my garage gutters and downspout. Since I've used them before and it was a small job I knew I wasn't going to get up sold anything else. My appointment got rescheduled to an earlier date which worked for me and when the crew showed up they were quick and relatively quiet. I ordered the lindab round gutters to match my house which were replaced by them in 2011 because of leaks, overall great service and a low price.
