My husband and I have bought/sold a total of seven homes, and with each one we hired a home inspector. Shawn is by far the best home inspector we've hired. He is incredibly thorough, takes time to explain everything, and provides the most comprehensive report we've ever seen. He is incredibly competent, knowledgeable and personable.
