Thaïs has been cleaning out home for several years. She is always reliable, flexible around my schedule, and does a very thorough job. I am very happy with the personal touch she provides.

Furnace & A/C Experts were very helpful and professional at all stages of the process - from explaining the heating system options; to providing reasonable advice among the choices after listening to my questions (and NOT, in fact, suggesting the most expensive option: they recommended the best one for my size of home, at under 1500 sq. ft.); to providing financing (including giving me the actual forms to fill out for the financing); to installing the units over TWO days to make sure that it was done properly (i.e. not a rush job) in my old home. The sales agent Asif was always conscientious about phoning me back in a timely manner whenever I had a question. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new furnace or heating system. -Sean G., Toronto
