I had to replace the water service pipes in my house. I call three companies and Vlad was the only one who called me back. He came to my house that night and was very informative and helpful .I decided at that point to also ask him about waterproofing. He agreed to look at the basement and then the outside of the house and informed me the problem was my neighbour's roof and eaves. I was impressed that he wasn't trying to make me pay for a job that might not be necessary. I hired him to do the service pipes and we agreed one of his teams would be over two days later. They were punctual, hardworking, very polite and friendly and the job was done in just a few hours. Now a month later my neighour has replaced her roof and eaves and that section of the basement is dry. Sadly, other parts of the basement are not so dry. I will be having Vlad and his team return to deal with the waterproofing.

I had recently replaced the water service pipes which meant my front garden was dug up leaving a very sorry looking mess. However, I took this opportunity to have the front garden landscaped with the hopes that the garden would match the newly renovated house and at the least be pleasant to look at. I contacted Ian at the Artful Gardener and he immediately responded to my call and came over and gave me great options regarding the look and style of the garden whilst keeping in mind my budget. His ideas and suggestions were so helpful as I like flowers but know nothing about them. I now have an easy low maintenance garden that will have colour throughout the year and best of all he created a garden that is now the envy of my neighbours. Ian has been by to check on the the flowers , give tips etc and will be doing follow up maintenance as needed. Very punctual, friendly, and kept the work area organised. I love my garden!
