Alex was extremely professional and responsive. He was quick to get a quote to me and followed through with the proposal. After months of our indecision, we hired Windows by installer to do the job, their crew showed up on the day scheduled. They were courteous, kept the site clean, and overall did a really good job. We had a bit of a miscommunication about the sliding door that was going in to replace two windows and realized a couple weeks after the job was done that the threshold was not high enough to allow for the stone tile to be installed on the patio outside. Without argument, Alex sent his team out to take out the door and reinstall, and it looked just as good the second time! It only took them a couple hours and they used no expletives during the install. ;)
