I was due for my annual gold plan maintenance on my furnace and my air conditioner. The company sent out a technician on very short notice at a time that was convenient for me. The technician named Travis arrived on time and began the maintenance. Travis was a very polite individual. He pointed out a safety concern and explained what would be involved in correcting this problem. He listened to all of my concerns and explained what was needed to correct them. He was very efficient and corrected some of the concern immediately other items were going to be submitted to the office as parts would be needed. He was a very polite young man who made me feel confident when explaining what was needed to correct all repairs. I would hope that I have this technician for any work I may need in the future.
