Had Clearview out this morning. After evaluating the first problem concerning out toilet, the technician took how long before he could find the price on his ipad. After that he had long stories, job not guaranteed he said and it seemed overpriced to me so i did not accept the offer. Next problem in our home same story. So when it was time for him to leave, he said I owe over $200 for diagnosis! I doubt his so called diagnosis were correct. Long story short, he told his manager he already worked 30 minutes on this job which he did not. He did not even start to work on the job cause he told me our main shut down of the water is defective. I called the manager who accepted my complaint and he only let me paid for the service call as agreed on the phone before they came out. When I had to pay their ipad could not connect to the internet and after 2 long tries I paid cash and did not even get a receipt. Very dodgy.
