My husband and I hired Shawn to do a home inspection, as our one year Tarion warranty is quickly approaching. Shawn was recommended to me by my sister and father, who both used him and were very satisfied with his work. I must say Shawn's service was top notch. He was extremely professional, thorough, and clearly explained to us the findings of his inspection. He patiently answered all of our questions and is overall a very friendly person. I was very impressed with how quickly he emailed me his report, which was extremely detailed and easy to understand.
