Service is good. My issue is with cal out fee and i dont know if its industry standard or just plain gouging, but a fee of $120 just to ring your doorbell is ridiculous. Surgeons dont charge that much $40 would easily cover fuel and time to ring a doorbell Again, all plumbers might charge this, i just think its taking advantage

I have always disclosed my call out fee to each and every customer before going out. This fee includes the first hour of labour and travel time. I am not sure how many companies out there would survive on a charge of $40-00 an hour. Sorry that you were not happy.
