I had many quotes in replacing my columns, but it was Aren's customer service that made me decide to go with Decor Group. Aren was so personable and approachable from the very first phone call and her customer service was beyong my expecations. The knowledge and advise she gave me was invaluable and the constant follow up calls making sure I was satisfied was extrodinary. This is why I went with Decor Group I have not seen this kind of customer service in a very long time and I am so impressed with the care and concern Aren took with my order.
