Yesterday we had the annual furnace clean and service. After that, the fan started to make a noise indicating something seriously wrong. I called Air Quality this morning and they sent a fellow at a time convenient for me. He (Travis) arrived as promised and was able to fix the problem (a metal piece in the fan!) quickly and without charge.
