This was a professional and no pressure sale. There was a little confusion on the initial estimate, but we were replacing almost 28 windows w/various needs, so we had to walk through it a few times during the estimate to ensure it was accurate. approx 15 in the front of the house w/grids. 2 bay windows and various other sizes in the back and in basement. Alex who came to measure was great and extremely knowledgeable! The entire instalation crew was great. I had a few very minor issues that were all fixed almost immediately. The issues were minor (3 screens w/imperfections that were replaced the same day as installation, and 3 attic windows were not ordered with grids as planned. I didn't notice this until they were finished, but they were quick to reorder and replaced with the accurate window as soon as it came in. I had a great experience...Very clean and professional installation and the windows look great.
