Laird and Sons installed a Lennox furnace for us 23 years ago. When it was time to replace the old furnace we called back Laird and Sons and had a new 95% efficient Lennox furnace and new A\C installed. The work was carried out by their own staff and not sub-contractors. The installers came on time and completed all the work in one day. The installers left the house clean and tidy. There has been and alot of improvements to furnaces in 23 years and I would recommend upgrading to the new high efficient model. In addition you can get about $1,700 back on grants. Dave from Laird was very helpful in setting up the paperwork for the refunds.I understand it takes a few months to get the refund.
