Residential move of 5 BR house.
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Excellent service from the office staff with email communication and reminders right through to the moving team. The moving team was fast and efficient, never stopped working during the 5 hours except for a quick 5 min break each hour. Took great care in moving some heavy items like my piano and glass top dining room table. Except for a couple of minor scratches, nothing was damaged in the move. Thank you Jia Jia, you took the stress out of a stressful move for a very reasonable cost. Thank you to those 3 guys, we were pleasantly surprised by their strenght and efficiency. I would definitely Jia Jia again.
