I ordered a corner unit online from Sofaland for my elderly in-laws after they looked at them in their Warrington showroom. it was delivered on Monday, but the delivery men took one look at their standard size front door and told my father-in-law that he would need to have their window removed as it wasn't going to fit through the door. They left the unit in its packaging at the side of their bungalow and left. My in-laws paid to have their window removed and rallied their equally elderly neighbours to help them to get it into their property. They decided to remove the packaging outside and discovered that the unit did in fact fit through their front door without the packaging. They had paid to needlessly remove their window when all the delivery men had to do was remove the packaging...how appalling! Sofaland is very fortunate that given the age of my in laws and their neighbours nothing tragic occurred during this uneccessary stressful time for them.
