I got the Silhouette shadings for my living room about 5 years ago. It still looks great, no issues, and the measurement and installation was flawless. Now that I was redesigning the master bedroom, I decided to go back and get the same Silhouette shadings. Habib, the sales rep, was very helpful and polite. He even showed up to help with the installation and to ensure I was satisfied with the product. Thank you for a great customer service.

I knew I wanted a Baustein Kitchen when I first saw their design at a showroom in a major appliance store. Their kitchens have that European look - clean modern and different than any other kitchen store in town. I had a great meeting with Walter to exchange design ideas for my kitchen, and I felt a great deal of confidence, creativity and innovation in his design, something that I didn't experienced with the other kitchen manufacturers. Erwin and his crew did an amazing job at building and installing the kitchen at a record time - great craftmenship and attention to details. It was a pleasure to have Sabina as the Project Manager, I still don't know how she pulled off to deliver the kitchen just before Christmas, when 3rd party contractors (granite, plumber, electrician, etc) don't seem to work that time of the year.
