I was searching here on Homestars for a company that seemed both well priced and reliable and I found the perfect match in Augusta Movers. Dinko replied with a quote to our initial inquiry the same day, unlike many others who didn't reply for a few days or in some cases at all. The quote was reasonable and clear, with no hidden charges or extra fees. He was accessible by email with our various questions in the days leading up to the move, always answering quickly and clearly. On the actual day, he arrived with a clean, large, well-maintained truck and a 2 man crew. They were on time, worked like crazy, and refused to take a break even when my husband tried to force them to. They were able to manage difficult street parking and uneven staircases, all without breaking stride or losing the smiles on their faces. Nothing was damaged or broken, not even scratched. And when they arrived at our new apartment, they even rolled out the red carpets so as not to dirty our new floor. The final price was exactly what we had been quoted, and given the level of service we really felt we got more than our money's worth.
