Nick is absolutely the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I contracted Dr. Rooter for, what turned out to be, a rather unique multi-property drainage system problem. Oleg supported us through several service appointments while he pursued a resolution and was committed to help us. His team of employees were always personable, polite and cleaned the work area upon completion. Oleg was knowledgeable and communicative. The end cost for the several service calls supplied was much less than it could have been otherwise, our problem has been resolved and we are very happy with the result.
