Todd was wonderful. He came to my house twice, the second time to look inside a wall by removing some drywall. In the end, he told me that my problem was not as bad as I thought it was and that I didn't really need his services. Amazing honesty. I gave him every opportunity to gouge me by asking so many followup questions. He patiently answered my questions and kept insisting that the right course of action was to let the walls breathe on their own, now that the drywall was off. He was respectful, honest and professional. I couldn't ask more. Thank you.
