Slav is very personable and very concerned that he is doing a good job. He is more flexible than his competitors: - He tried very hard to work around our air conditioner but in the end he had to have it disconnected and reconnected. He took care of this quickly at a reasonable cost. The other bidders insisted that I arrange to disconnect and reconnect without trying to work around it. - one bidder refused to re-install the patio slabs! I realize that I will have to re-level my patio next year since the ground will move but at least Slav put them back down. - rather than charge you upfront; Slav will advise you of extra charges if they occur.He took 2 loads of compacted dirt and trash that were buried at the foundation to the dump for me and I paid him.
