After reading many positive reviews, I decided to request a quote from Perfect Painters online. Being an extremely busy individual, I actually ignored the response their inside sales staff sent back to me within 24 hours. However, after a week, I received a follow email to see if I still required an estimate. Being a businessman, I very much respected their follow up and professionalism. I then moved forward with an estimate. They assigned Frank to quote on the installation of laminate flooring and painting throughout at one of my rental condos and happily accommodated a weekend appointment. Frank was very knowledgeable and honest during the entire estimation process and I received the quote within 48 hours. He worked with the condo property management to ensure an inspection of the underlayment was completed prior to laying the laminate as per the condo rules. The workers accommodated a closet wardrobe I had installed in the second bedroom (moved the wardrobe out to lay the laminate, then moved the wardrobe back into position). On the paint side of things, it was clearly evident that the painter took their time and didn't rush as evidlaminate the perfect cut lines. I will definitely be calling Perfect Renovations again on all future jobs.

I can re-affirm Rosalia's review below in stating that our builder installed Cartier Kitchen is also of poor quality. Our cabinets are also ridden full of extra drill holes and some cabinets also appear to have been recycled. Our numerous follow ups with Cartier have resulted in: 1) No response or 2) push back from Cartier advising that the items in question are satisfactory to their standards. There is no method or consistency as to how they install their kitchen cabinetry. Screw hole locations are random, inconsistent and for the most part, visible and unfinished. I would not recommend any new home builder contract Cartier Kitchens for their projects until such time that they are able to get every aspect of their operation in order. From manufacturing, customer service, to installation, their management team needs to look themselves in the mirror and their operation requires a serious overhaul.
