It was a pleasure to work with Warlley and Rubens from Freitas Contracting. As new homeowners we have inherited a gas leak that required a substantial amount of work and coordination to remove. Because our initial gas contractor was not allowed to remove any of the dry wall, we have contacted Freitas. They have acted on a very short notice (came for an assessment the very same day they were called). Subsequently they have acted promptly on all our requests (and they did appreciate the urgency of our situation). Because they did a very good job with the dry wall, we have also used their services to replace an old window from the basement. This job was also done impeccably. Overall, we were very pleased with Freitas services and should we consider any future work at our home, we'll most definitely call them first for an honest assessment.

It is difficult to express in words how grateful we are to GasGuys.ca. First let me state that George is knowledgeable, committed, diligent, a good communicator and courteous. We have dealt with a gas leak at our place for over a week. We have tried to work with other gas contractors who gave us the impression that they either treat customers as cash cows or are afraid to face the technical challenges of a difficult job. George was crystal clear with his quote and we paid exactly as expected, despite the fact that he came at our place at 2 pm and left around 11:30 pm. It was obvious that he appreciated the state of our situation and after fixing the original problem he did all kinds of subsequent pressure tests to uncover a couple other small gas leaks. One might be mislead when some gas contractors who make all kinds promises; our experience with such people is that the price constantly changes and the work is never done properly. This is definitely NOT the case for George whose work is worth every single penny! In summary, we highly recommend GasGuys.ca as THE company in the Greater Toronto Area to deal with gas leaks.
