I had Royal Roofs remove the old shingles and replace them with life time warranty shingles in August 2013. Vasil and his team were very professional. They worked safely and ensured a clean removal of the old shingles and nails. They offered additional repairs at no extra cost, such as: flashing, uneven appearance because of exiting sagging roof wood panels and caulking. The quality of the finished product is excellent. The lines in the valleys are uniform. Also, Royal Roofs placed ice and water sheeting, as well as, the standard reinforcing tar paper. The pattern of the shingles is also uniform. Vasil noticed my neighbor's roof required a repair and fixed the problem at no cost to my neighbor. There is also a company guarantee of work for 10 years. This is in addition to the manufacturer's warranty on the shingles. The total cost of the project was competitive as compared to 3 other quotes I received.
