Awesome experience. Lots of issues surfaced that required extra time and diligence to discover. The inspector never hurried but gave me a thorough report that enabled a factual discussion with the home owner. Lots of photographs and comments. One of the most thorough inspections I have seen and saved me a lot of future grief.
