Bathroom repairs and replacements; water damage
Small Scarborough bungalow. Water damage through walls and sewer backup over time. Finally needed to fix main floor bathroom, replace tub with shower; repair plumbing which caused water to leak into basement; dug up and sealed back and inspected front and dug up front and installed back water valve; repaired water damage to basement walls and floor.
