I find that this store provides interesting contemporary designs with accessible prices. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. (Thanks Christina!) Delivery and installation were handled with punctuality and professionalism. It's a good option; I recommend it.
We had an unpleasant experience with Suede Interiors. The owner was rude and arrogant in a number of occasions. Not only that it was difficult to borrow fabric samples prior to ordering furniture, we were shown the wrong fabric sample to match a floor model. When we wanted to exchange the chairs, the owner was rude yet again. The selection and quality of products are fine but there are lots of comparable alternatives in the area with better customer service.
