Alan Ilyaich was a great salesperson before and after the installation of our screen. Our home allows a direct breeze to blow from the front to the back of our house. This caused the invisible screen to close on its own. Alan discussed the possible reasons and the installer( I forgot his name) came to our home twice after the installation to solve the problem permanently with an extra strong magnet. We are very pleased with the product and the service!
