Back in 2014 we had Encore Window and Doors install a new patio door in our family room. Dave provided excellent guidance re door choices/features and George did a fabulous job on installation. Over the years, we have received many compliments on this door. When we decided to replace old, single-pane basement windows and, in other rooms, replace panes wherein the seals had broken, we returned to Encore. Once again, Dave guided us through the process, making recommendations (alerting us to government rebates). We specifically asked for George to do the install. George and his brother were great: the aluminum capping and caulking are both neatly and cleanly done. One of the basement windows was especially challenging because of its large size and location (partially underneath walkout steps). All work was completed within one day. We have great respect for Encore Windows and Doors and their professional, competent team. Highly recommended.

Two years ago we had our eavestrough replaced by Isaac and his crew. They did a wonderful job. We were always impressed with Isaac's integrity: wonderful work ethic, skilled and thoughtful individual who takes pride in his work. This spring we were considering our options for a new roof. As part of my research, one of my first steps was to contact Isaac to ask for his input on roofing options considering he has worked in a related industry. We were concerned about a new roof integrating correctly with existing eaves troughing. He took the time to share his opinion and provide guidance. Isaac has earned our respect and trust.

Recently we had our exterior foundation wall excavated and waterproofed by Aqua Tech Waterproofing. This job involved hand-digging to a depth of 8 feet, over a 100-foot perimeter. Igor's crew was up to the challenge! They excavated with great care to protect an existing patio and landscaping--their waterproofing regimen/protocol was thorough and comprehensive. Their work ethic was second to none--we are very grateful for their efforts. Igor and crew exceeded our expectations. I had mentioned in passing that we will, in the near future, upgrade our garage cement slab. A long horizontal crack exists at the back of the garage where the bottom of the wall meets the slab and this is a point of water entry when hosing out the garage. Igor's crew used hydraulic cement to secure the entire area. We have a very heavy wood stair set running off a patio door. Igor's crew made certain it was re-positioned, levelled and re-attached to the concrete threshold. Thank you for going above and beyond contractual obligations; and a special thanks for addressing our specific concerns. We respect and admire this crew because they take pride in their work and hold themselves to a very high standard. Thank you Igor, crew and Aqua Tech.

Thank you Matthew and Adel for your diligent work today. My upholstered furniture looks much improved, as does the broadloom. I appreciate your punctuality, care and consideration while in my home, and your methodical work.
