After the heavy rains that recently flooded so many basements in the city, I called many companies for emergency water service, and it was only Bob who answered his phone and came to my house the same day. Bob and his crew assessed the situation and took a very responsible approach to take away the damaged under pad, carpet, baseboards and dry wall. Everything was cleaned up, deodorized, and dried out. Bob worked into the evening and came back on the weekend to make sure everything got done. My insurance company quickly approved all the work that Bob did. Bob and his crew are professional, pleasant, and care about helping to solve the problem. Before Bob left, he put a tarp over all my contents in the basement to help keep them clean when the restoration work starts.
