The defects of the driveway either material or craftsmanship is as follows: 1)One can not place a box (say a recycling box) or a wooden baseball bat (bat standing up lean against the garage)–if you do, the objects sink into the driveway and leave a hole/marking–the recycling box left its markings early summer (June) and are still there – the baseball bat was Mid-September. 2)One can not place a ladder in front of the driveway to fix the front on the garage or roof as the ladder will sink into the asphalt. 3)In the summer our van was parked in to driveway and the rear wheel sunk into the asphalt – markings are not as noticeable as when I first left a message on our answering machine – but nonetheless are still very noticeable. 4)The sides and surface of the driveway has started to curve and crack. We treat our driveway as anyone would in normal course. The aforementioned issues should be covered by the guarantee. I have taken photographs of the aforementioned issues which I could email to you. Furthermore, the company's crew damaged a newly installed curb (the whole street was redone a month before - Nissena was hired by the City to pave all the blvd.'s - hence, my decision to hire them - a decision I now regret as Nissena does not return calls left on there company's answering machine nor do they respond to registered mail. Also, note worthy a number of the blvd's paved by Nissena on the street have started to crack where the asphalt meets the grass.
