I thought all the other reviews were fabricated. I was proven wrong. Like everyone says Mike was at the home ahead of schedule and had already come off the roof when we arrived on time. That must be his trademark. lol Mike was personable, very thorough, knowledgeable and so helpful in adding extra tips and advice as we went along about every detail. His rate was very fair for the quality and detailed service he provided. The inspection took around 2:45 hrs for a 240 sq.' home. He is an excellent inspector and had the tools to do a great job.
